  • Third Party Lab Tested !

I got this because I take Creatine for the possible benefits it may have with my cognitive health especially my memory. Later in the day I take it in gummy form. But in the morning before my exercise ( which I also like Creatine for) I like to start with Zero carbs ( or close to it as I can) and I prefer capsule form of Creatine. This brand I am happy to see legitimately third party lab tested their Creatine and for me 'personally' that is the first time I have seen that with a Creatine brand. Also unlike many other brands that claim this type of testing with some supplements, there is no need to ask to see it ( the test) since the seller has the picture of the results posted right here on the seller page. A total nothing to hide and clear transparency

  • Working Great

I have been using creatine since 1996 I am using these capsules to augment (supplement) the creatine I put in my protein shakes. By taking an extra round of capsules I am able to get my daily intake up to 10 grams per day. The listed dose here is 4 capsules for 3 grams, I weighted 4 capsules and it came out to 3.8 grams, so I feel pretty comfortable I am getting the labeled dose. For a capsule these are pretty cost competitive, (powder still most economical) What about the fact this is not 'micronized'. Well I've done "micronized' creatine for months at a time and could not notice any difference, I will not pay extra for 'micronized' creatine. I also like the fact that this is a reasonable good sized bottle. and the fact that they

  • Always Impressed to See 3rd Party Lab Tests!

Share positive thoughts and feedback from your cuI was pleasantly surprised to see Pristine's put their lab tests online, and I think more companies should do that! I've reviewed dozens of supplements, and it occurred to me that anyone can make claims about their supplements, but very few actually prove it. Let's make this the new standard! For the product, you get a 75 day supply for $19.99 (note that the serving is 3g unlike some other products that are 5g). I think capsules can be a more convenient way to take creatine when you aren't in a position to mix powders, and I'd recommend this product for that purpose.

  • Quality product

It can be difficult to evaluate supplements. It's hard to assess how well any supplement actually works but there are certain things I look for in a supplement that give me confidence in the product and this creatine ticks all my boxes. First, and maybe most important, it's third-party tested. This means that the capsules actually contain what they say they do. Also, Iike my supplements to be made in the USA in accordance with GMP guidelines. And these are vegan supplements, which is important to me as I don't like to consume animal products. As far as the supplements themselves, a serving size is 4 capsules which equals 3g of creatine. Previously I've taken 5 g but I haven't noticed these to be any less effective.

  • Helpful

They have given me no problems and seem to be benefiting what they're intended for, I'll leave you to looking into what that is. Restrictions on what can be said about supplements have gotten so extreme that this is about as much as I can say without rejection. Dosage is higher than many others. Safe dosage is EXTREMELY high, most capsule variants come in 1g servings, best benefits start appearing around 5g but 3g is a lot better than 1.

  • no stomach irritation

The only problem I have ever had taking creatine is some brands, especially powders, have caused me a lot of gastric distress. I have found that capsules work better, and these capsules in particular did not cause me any problems. I was already used to taking creatine, but I was a little nervous about changing brands. Luckily, my worries were for nothing. I can't really attest to anything else about the product other than it didn't give me an upset stomach. I assume it does all the things creatine is supposed to do.
